Hotel Relais des Glaciers has 40 rooms, each with satellite TV with Sky channels and a phone. Bathrooms include a shower or bathtub, and a hairdryer. Options include rooms with balconies. The 109 Suite features two connecting rooms: one with a double bed and shower, and another with two single beds, a living room, a front balcony, and a bathtub. Quadruple Rooms include a mezzanine level with two single beds and a lower level with a double bed and bathroom with shower. Standard rooms include a double bed on the mezzanine level and a sitting room and bathroom downstairs. Small rooms are available for short stays, some with showers, others with bathtubs, and a few with balconies. Room 303 offers a view of the Monterosa glacier, a double bed, and a private bathroom with shower.

Breakfast includes a buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes, jams, bread, cakes, and biscuits. Options include cold cuts from the family farm, cheeses, omelettes, and eggs. Gluten-free products are available. The Patisserie du Relais offers pastries and cakes. A corner dedicated to food intolerances and celiac disease, with gluten-free products, is available. The family butcher's shop offers products also available during breakfast, dinner, or at the bar. The Lounge Bar serves drinks, tea, and herbal infusions. A small card available all day from 12.30 to 21.00 where you can taste chopping boards of cold cuts from our farm, sandwiches, bruschetta etc.

The hotel features a wellness center with a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, Roman caldarium with mountain herbs, bio sauna, ice waterfall, sensory showers, Scottish shower, a 10-seat whirlpool bath with water games, and a relaxation area with herbal infusions. There is an outdoor area with a barrel-shaped sauna, and a heated pool with whirlpool. Entrance to the wellness center and the outdoor jacuzzi are included in your stay. You can use the tub and the SPA from 10:00 to 20:00. The hotel provides slippers, bathrobes, and towels. Children can use the heated outdoor whirlpool from 10 am to 5:30 pm, accompanied by an adult.

Hotel Relais des Glaciers is in the center of Champoluc, in the Val d'Ayas. In winter, it provides access to the Monterosa Ski area with 180 km of ski runs and 38 ski lifts connecting the Ayas Valley, Gressoney Valley, and Valsesia in Piedmont. Cross-country skiing areas and trails for snowshoeing are nearby, including Brusson, which has hosted World Cup tests. The hotel offers a private shuttle bus to the cableway every morning, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., with return on call at 4:00 or 4:30 p.m. Basic mountain bikes are available, and e-bikes can be arranged through Telemark store in Chapoluc.
